New Patient Certification...$170.00 - Covers you for a 6-month certification (max allowed by the State)
Existing Patient Re-Certification...$120.00
The cost for NEW Patients is $170.00 for your in person visit and all of your recommendation orders needed for 6 months. (State fee $75.00 & Medication costs at the dispensaries not included)
The cost for EXISTING Patients is also $120.00 for your in person visit and all of your recommendation orders for 6 months. (State fee $75.00 & Medication costs at the dispensaries not included)
